Melinda Rhoads, CNM
With over 15 years of experience in women’s health, Melinda’s expertise is rooted not only in formal education and certifications but also in the invaluable lessons gained through hands-on work and personal experience. After the birth of her third child, she became frustrated with the lack of support and understanding she received from her healthcare providers. She knew the fatigue, anxiety, brain fog, skin changes, and food sensitivities she was experiencing were not “normal.”
Driven by a desire to feel better and find real answers, Melinda began exploring the impact of environmental exposures, food sensitivities, vitamin deficiencies, and lifestyle stressors. This journey ultimately led her to embrace a more integrative and functional approach to health. Through meaningful dietary changes, targeted supplements, environmental adjustments, and lifestyle shifts, she was able to significantly improve her symptoms and restore her well-being.
This personal transformation deepened her passion for helping women in her community achieve optimal wellness. Melinda has advanced training in thyroid and adrenal health, food sensitivities, gut health, and hormone balancing. This allows her to offer thorough assessments and create personalized care plans tailored to each woman’s lifestyle and needs.
Melinda believes that how we nourish our bodies is fundamental to our overall health. Nutrition is one of the key building blocks of healing, and she considers it essential in addressing symptoms and restoring balance. As a busy mom of three, she understands how overwhelming dietary changes can be, and she works closely with her patients to create sustainable plans that fit into their real lives.
When she’s not supporting women in the community, Melinda enjoys life on her family’s farm in Western Loudoun with her husband and three children.

Physical Therapist
Jenna Calo is an orthopedic and pelvic floor physical therapist with a deep passion for helping women thrive through all stages of womanhood. She understands the unique challenges and demands women face and is dedicated to empowering them with self-care strategies that build strength—physically, mentally, and emotionally.
Jenna specializes in orthopedic and pelvic health and takes a holistic, integrative approach to care. Her treatment focuses on nervous system regulation, reducing inflammation, and improving movement efficiency to support overall well-being.
Her mission is to ensure that every woman has access to the knowledge and tools needed to navigate life’s many transitions—from puberty to pregnancy, postpartum, perimenopause, and menopause—as well as the specific demands faced by female athletes.
She loves sushi, plants, being outside, and spending time with her husband and two children.
